According to former Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi, there is a chance Kaka will leave for Real Madrid if the Spanish giants come up with a substantial offer. Earlier this year, Milan star Kaka turned down a record-breaking offer from Manchester City, but that doesn’t mean he will remain with the Rossoneri indefinitely.
Rumours are circulating that if Florentino Perez wins the upcoming presidential elections at Real Madrid , then the nine-times European champions will make a major offer for the 2007 Ballon d’Or winner this summer.
Former Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi, who was also briefly a part of Real Madrid’s management a few years ago, gave his view on the Kaka situation in an interview with Radio Kiss Kiss.
“I haven’t talked to Milan about him possibly moving to Real Madrid,” he said. “I still think that, if [Silvio] Berlusconi gets a really important offer, he would have some doubts.”
Asked what mistakes he thinks Milan have made on the transfer market over the last few years, Sacchi said:
“I won’t name names but they are obvious to everyone. I hope Milan resume their old strategies and focus on developing the youth sector.”
