Not that Champions League. The CONCACAF Champions League.
The Columbus Crew rallied back from being 2-0 down against Toluca of Mexico last night in their quarter-finals first leg match. The second leg is March 17 at Toluca, and unlike the UEFA Champions League, away goals do not count double at CONCACAF, so the Crew have a great opportunity to progress in the tournament.
Toluca took the lead through Antonio Naelson Sinha in the 19th minute and when Antonio Rios added a second in the 45th minute the Crew looked out the tournament.
But then Steven Lenhart took over, scoring two second-half goals to tie the game up. First Lenhart scored in the 66th minute with a half-volley 13 yards off goal and he tied it in the 84th minute from nearly the same spot on the right side of the penalty area.
