Barcelona’s Dani Alves has wasted no time in reacting to José Mourinho’s apology for his actions during his infamous touchline clash with Tito Vilanova.
“He took his time to say sorry. I think he showed the right attitude, but I wouldn’t have waited so long”, the Brazilian told the club’s official media.
The ‘azulgrana’ full-back refused to be drawn on what the relationship would be like between La Liga’s big two in the upcoming season.
“We always hope to keep a lid on things and try to focus on doing our job. But there are some things that are outside our control”, he said.
