Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri is set to sit down with Juventus chiefs to discuss major signings this summer as Allegri wants to overhaul the team in order to win the Champions League.

Despite dominating Italian football this decade, Juventus have bene unable to land the biggest prize in club football – the Champions League. This season Juve were knocked out of the Champions League in the quarter-finals by Ajax.

Allegri and Juve sporting director, Fabio Paratici have drawn up a wishlist that contains Manchester United star Paul Pogba, PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot, Ajax defender Matthijs De Ligt, Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, Isco and James Rodriguez.

There is no way that Juventus can afford everyone on that list, as Manchester United want £150million for Pogba this summer according to Tuttosport and agent Mino Raiola is also trying to get as much as he can for his client De Ligt.

But even signing two or three would be enough for Allegri and two of the most likely candidates to land in Turin this summer are Real Madrid owned Isco and James Rodriguez.

Positive relations between Juventus and Real Madrid following the Cristiano Ronaldo deal could mean the two clubs negotiate again this summer.

There have been rumor that talisman Cristiano Ronaldo has handled Juventus a six-man list of transfer targets, a list that reportedly includes Real Madrid’s Raphaël Varane and Isco, Benfica’s João Félix, Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa, Lyon’s Tanguy Ndombélé and Roma’s Kostas Manolas.

It is clear that Juventus want to get younger in defence and more athletic in midfield this summer.

Interestingly, neither list includes a striker, despite Juventus been linked with former Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi for the last twelve months.
